How to download SP2

I just got the link directly to download SP2.

Ons thing I'm baatling with, is how to get to the link myself. I have tried
almost everything from the Update page.

First you say you got the link, then you ask how to get to the link.
Exactly what do you need?

Hi

If you have the following link to download the 266 MB SP2 file, click on it,
save it to wherever you like on your hard disk/partition, then double click
the file to install SP2:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=049C9DBE-3B8E-4F30-8245-9E368D3CDB5A&displaylang=en

That is quite helpful. Would someone be able to give the md5sum of this
file as well? Just to verify my download went well.
