OEM XP and SP2

Hello All,
I have an OEM version of windows XP Pro. Every time i try to install
the service pack 2 i get a message that its unable to update my
windows version is invalid. I would greatly appreciate some one
telling me where i can find a working update for OEM software. Thanks
for your time.

It's no problem to update an OEM version, usually. Find out if you have
a legal Windows installation. If not, check with the vendor.

Make sure that you're online.
Windows Explorer > Help > "Is this copy of WinXP legal?"
