Volume - keyboard errors

My volume button no longer worls and the @ and " symbols
have changed places!! very confusing when I am typing
email address and the " come up instead of the @.
Any advice?

go to control panel and select regional and language options languages.


in all the drop down boxes under each tab, select united kingdom (you
probably have united states selected)

this will make the @ and " change back to where they were :)
