Installed it and my PC performance took a nosedive... 10-
20secs to run NOTEPAD.EXE on a dual Xeon 2.66GHz

I'm gonna have users screaming at me from all over the
place as their Windows auto-update starts loading the
patch.

All i can say, i had this fix on my laptop and had to reset every x
minutes due to a hang with symptoms of an overheated processor.

Removed this "fix" and all is is well again.

Strange we see no reaction from micro$oft at all !!!
