Not if you're trying to buy them in the United States. If you're in the US
you can go to Cuba and bring back up to $100 worth of cigars for your own
personal use, but you cannot resell them. Those that live in places like
Mexico and Canada, including the poster, can buy them mail order with no
restrictions :-)

Not legal in the U.S. because we have an embargo against Cuba. As I
understand, It's a BIG fine and possible jail sentence to be caught in
posession of Cuban cigars.

Of course, I may be wrong.

I quess the travel to Cuba must have relaxed a lot since I thought that
normal travel was restricted. I did not think about the poster being in
Canada which probably does not have any restrictions. I quess bringing them
into t he US was I had in mind. Even then I quess a really serious person
could get around it especially thru the internet.
