Hi!!!
Can anyone help me with my problem? Every time I try to
open a progam or document (my documents, my computer etc)
I get the message: Windows explorer has encountered a
problem and needs to close and sends a report.
The error signature says:
AppName: explorer.exe AppVer 6.0.2800 1106
ModName: mfc42.dll ModVer 6.0.8665.0 OffSet:
0005bf55
and the following information to be included in the error
report:
c;\DOCUME~1\kevin\locals~\Temp\WERA4.tmp.dir00
\appcompat.txt.
I have tried everything I can think of to try and cure
this and have been in and out of help and support pages
but just cant seem to get info on what I need.
The problem being most of the things suggested to try
leads me into windows explorer which then shuts down.
Please, if any one has any ideas at all, I would be very
grateful to hear them
