lock up problems

[frustrated]

I don't know what it is, but it seems that when i
download new windows updates my computer keeps freezing
up. The freeze ups are completely random and occur at
different times. I have all critical updates installed
and some recommended ones. I had a problem with this one
before but it eventually stopped. Any help is welcomed
