System tray doesn`t load for 2 minutes

If you don't need those items in the system tray, run
MSCONFIG. On the Start Tab, uncheck what you don't want.
You'll load faster.

The Brit is correct, If you haven't removed it, do so.
and then use the MSCONFIG advise if it still isn't fast
enough
