You'll have to watch the bottom of your computer screen when
booting. Many manufacturers use <Delete> or <F2> but you have to
follow the instructions given for your machine.

Rock:

First you need to get the BIOS screen up. To do that see:
http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/bios_manufacturer.htm

Then you need to figure out where the Boot order is and
make the boot order: Floppy, CD, Fixed Disk
(in that order; if there is no floppy or CD your system will boot
from the fixed disk).
