I cant get to my bios when i hit f2 or delete, is there
any way to get there while I'm on my computer to set
cdrom as boot device

You have to hit the key required while the display is on the screen.
If you are using a USB keyboard, it may not be active at the time
you press the key. Restart your computer and before it gets through
booting, hit Control-Alt-Delete to restart. The keyboard should be
still live. Hit the BIOS key required when it displays on the
screen, you cannot hit it earlier or later. It will not work.
Since I do not know what your computer brand is, I am giving you
general instructions. The key you use might be something entirely
different.
