Boot from the XP CD and try a repair on the first install but this is a
short term fix.

You probably need to use a dos boot floppy and "Fdisk" to kill everything on
the disk and reinstall XP.

You could Use the XP CD disk and format the drive to erase the two older
installs. But I think a blank slate is the best fix for you.
The older apps should be reinstall and you will then need to find and copy
over the data you need in the old install.
