When I right-click the folder

C:\Documents and Settings\Gareth Williams

XP tells me it is 8Gb in size. However, when I add up the total sizes
of each individual folder in this directory it only comes to 4Gb.

Where has the other 4Gb dissappeared to? I have checked for hidden
folders and can't see anything. I have also done a disk clean-up and
defrag in the vain hope that I may retrieve this misssing 4Gb, but no
joy.

With thanks in advance
