2 hard drives

Hi
I have a P4 , 1.6 , 512 mgb ram. Main operating system is win XP Pro.
I want to install second hard drive and run win 98 on it.
2 seperate hard drive with 2 different operating systems.
How do i configure it so it will give me the option which one to use at boot
up, Like dual booting on one hard drive.
I had a hard drive switcher but it went south on me, so was wondering about
a set up like this,
Can anyone help me out.

Hi yall
Got it all set up and working great. 2 hard drives boot up just like dual
booting on one hard drive.
