I hope I can be of some use. First, try booting up in
safe mode and see if you can get to sys. restore. If so
go back to your restore point before norton install. If
all works now and you really still want media 9 try
loading it again. Also you didn't say if you had another
firewall before norton? Make sure all other firewall
programs are removed before re-install.
