Direct X?

I have a problem with the Direct X 9.0a installation. Can
anyone help me? I get an error which says "The software
you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing to
verifiy its compatibility with Windows XP.(Help link)

This software will not be installed. Contact your system
administrator."

I just downloaded the DirectX 9.0a yesterday April 25, 2003
