Error Message on exiting Outlook Express.

For some time now,when exiting the Outlook Express file, a window showing
the following Error Message is shown and I have to manually press "OK" to
close the program :-
msimn.exe - Application Error. 'The instruction @ "0x77f51d26" referenced
memory at "0x009a478c". The memory could not be "written"'. Try as I might,
I have not been able to rectify the fault or even to disable the error
reporting. I would appreciate any suggestions or help, Thanks.
