Advertisements In Main Window

Hello Jonathan

The advertisements in the main window for msn messenger
do not show up correctly it always shows up as a page
cannot be displayed or as plain text on white background
with the picture for the advertisement showing up as a
white box with a red cross in it. What causes that and
how can it be fixed.

Greetings Marcus,

I'm not aware of any widespread issues with the ad servers right now, so I think this is
probably on your side. You might have installed some sort of application that is either
directly blocking these (like a firewall) or even something that's added entries to null out
the ad servers in the Windows hosts file. Regardless, I wouldn't really worry about it.
