Critical Update Will Not Load

Anyone have problems getting the following updates? My
XP Home will not accept either. Have no idea why.
Anyone know how to contact Microsoft about this problem?

I, too, have received this same update several times from Microsoft and I
keep telling it to install, which it appears to do. Then the next day I get
the same update again and go through the same process. And again,.And again.
Going to the Microsoft web site looking for support is a waste of time. The
first thing you encounter is their hand out for money.

You dont want to DL 811493 It causes many problems
