No luck at all.

I got to the menu and tried all kinds of "modes", Windows
just keeps doing the same thing. What a piece of genuine crap!

I tried the "debug mode" -- There I see the machine gets to
a file "Windows\System32\ENECBPTH.sys" and then reboots,
again and again.
