MS says its a problem with LSASS and svchost, they didn't
say what, but there is suppose to be a cure in the SP2
updates. Until then, try booting the computer, then
going to "task manager" and see if "svchost...Local
Services" comes up, it may take a minute or two, if it
comes up, "end task" it. Comp should be ok until you
reboot it.
