The Desktop ICONs (examples: link to UPS tracking page,
Solunar chart for April 2003) linked to internet pages
initially worked. They were dragged to the desktop from
internet explorer and were working. Now when clicked
nothing happens. The only one that still works is the
main ICON for Internet Explorer. Version being used is:
6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.021108-1929
Note that IE updates have been installed as recommended
by Microsoft and the ICONs work briefly after an ipdat
has been installed and then fail again soon after.
