how can i do to find other users?

i know that using msn messenger you can find other users searching by sex or
by nationality, or by other parameters... how can i do to do this? i have
the windows messenger 4.7.3001 version with win xp professional o.s..

work out methods of communicating. The people who monitor this
group suggest using the most modern, NSN Messenger 6.2,
but if you post your address as it is associated with
a Passport account, people will contact you. You can decide
after they do, whether you wish to stay in communication.
