Just a warning that a virus has been spreading around
messenger. Random files are being sent from contacts to
user. Some of the file names are called:
"Jennifer Lopez.scr" "My new photo!.pif" "Crazy frog gets
killed by train!.pif" "Me on holiday!.pif"

Ugh..I just got infected by this. Someone please help me remove this
thing! It has totally taken over my computer, and it seems to have
changed my Administrator password. Help!

check the web sites of major virus program vendors, mcafee, norton, pccillin, etc...
they have detection and removal tools.

get a good virus program.

AVG and AVAST are both FREE and work great.
