It seams to me that you have not set your
Windows Explorer settings!
Page files settings should be limited
There are A number of ways to do that, see:
MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER info.
The other thing I would suggest is a program
called CACHEMAN www.outertech.com
learn how to work it to maximize your memory cache
But first of all learn about MS INT EXPLORER settings
it will solve your problem1
