Mobsync.exe run amuck

It seems like since the last auto update, mobsync.exe
starts up and sucks up 100% of the cpu and never stops.
It slows the entire system to a crawl until I kill the
mobsync.exe process from the Task Manager.

I am not running as Administrator but my login is apart
of the Administrators Group.

Any suggestions on what this is and how to fix it?
