updating

I've tried several times to update my computer. It won't
let me. It starts and then later says "runtime error".
Can you help. I'm a novice with the computer by the way.
I click on review, update, and install. But it won't do
it. thanks

Go to http://www.google.com and search for 'runtime' error. Perhaps you can
get a clue there.
