reinstalling Q811493

how can i reinstall Q811493? this is because the screen
savers says that the problem can be solved. look at

Install it the same way as you did before.
You can also get it from the Windows Catalog:

Except this time:
Update antivirus
Reboot.
Disable everything especially antivirus before installing (SOP for
installations).
Ensure AV Autoprotect is disabled.
Reinstall 811493.
Reboot.
Try computer again.

Microsoft has stated they are working on the cause, so hopefully we
will get some definitive solution real soon.

should i reinstall everything that i installed after i
installed Q811493 for the first time? it seems that all
program are working properly

I am not sure what "everything" is for you.
As far as I know 811493 is the only fix with any issues.
If all is working now, I would make a Restore Point and go from here.
