ASP.NET User Account?

All off a sudden I now have another account on my system
and do not know where it came from. Can someone explain
what the "ASP.NET Machine" user account is all about? I
used to be able to turn my system on and it would
automatically log me on; however, now when I turn my
system on, I have to click my name in order to complete
the logon process. I am tempted to delete the account.
