deleting restore point(s)

where are the restore point files are located? is it safe
if i just delete them? this is because i afraid that they
will occupy my hd space...

Open MY COMPUTER and right-click on your drive. Then select
Properties > Disk Cleanup > More Options > System Restore (Clean Up).
