tweak XP

Have you tried Black viper..He has all the the tweaks for
getting the most speed from your xp and explains what you
can and cannot shut down to get the most power out of your
op system..I do not remember the exact site but if you
search for Black Viper you should find all you are looking
for..He also explains what each program does and whether
it should be enabled,disabled or how to tweak individually.
