Wow, Another fun windows problem... no taskbar, system tray, or icons
! Cool !! This windows stuff is really fun, I wonder what its going to
be tomorrow? I cannot believe all the really neat stuff Microsoft has
spend years planning out for us stoopid computer users! Good thing
this happened right before all my WORK is due, or I would have had
some time to myself this weekend. I spent my last weekend trying to
trouble shoot my network, seems like a perfectly good network card is
not good enough for windows xp, although it was working fine for
months and works fine in another computer. Installing a different type
network card surprized windows xp into working in the network again. I
just cannot wait for the next windows version ! Tell me microsoft, is
a simple program loader so boring to program that you have to add a
million puzzles to it to keep yourselves smiling? OH, and the restore
points, what restore points?? Reactivate?? AGAIN??? Its broke!, how
can i reactivate a broken windows xp? omg.. Someone please tell me, is
justice in this country so corrupt that we cant even get a class
action suit against something like this?

Anyway, if anyone has a clue as to how to solve this problem let
me know. Its too late for my last computer..it wouldnt run windows
well so its mulch, I now have an new smiley face one that promised
to do better. I know it doesnt really help, but everytime I have
problems with windows, I buy a new computer, come to think of it, I
buy a new version of windows too..

Based on your sarcasm, it is evident the problems you are eXPeriencing
are all self-induced. You may want to consider wiping your drive clean
and installing Windows XP again. Afterward, install a decent antivirus
program such as Norton AntiVirus 2003. Stop all the unnecessary =
tweaking
and don't use any registry cleaners.

The Windows XP CD is bootable and contains all the tools necessary
to partition and format your drive. Follow this procedure and allow
Windows XP to partition and format your drive:

1. Open your BIOS and set your CD Drive as the first bootable device.
2. Insert your Windows XP CD in the CD Drive and reboot your =
computer.
3. You'll see a message to boot to the CD....follow the instructions.
4. The setup menu will appear and you should elect to delete the =
existing
Windows partitions, then create a new partition, then format the =
primary
partition (preferably NTFS) and proceed to install Windows XP.

5. Windows XP Clean Install:=20

6. Accessing Motherboard BIOS
