I recently upgraded from Windows ME to Windows XP. Since
then, I have had nothing but problems: I cannot retrieve
any of my Word Documents (I specifically
indicated "upgrade", not "new install"), I cannot HotSync
my PalmPilot, I get a message that a network cable is not
connected, when I did not disconnect any cables, my
system is extremely slow, and I consistently encounter
new problems when I try to logon to MSN.
I have tried to get help from customer support but have
not been satisfied. When I call, they tell me they will
answer only one question per call, and then have been
unable to fix the one problem they will address, and when
I e-mail my problems, I don't get a response from
Microsoft.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm really sorry I
tried to upgrade.
