drag and drop

suddenly, my computer stopped allowing me to drag and
drop files...what's up and how can if be fixed? Any help
would ne appreciated....

What happens instead? Are you unable to pick them up in the first place?
Does it just not allow you to drop them? Can you describe the exact
behavior?
