[How to print a letters nad documents]

I need help on how to print letters thank you.

Are you serious? We'll start with the simple and you can take it from there.
Make sure your printer is powered ON.
Click Start>All Programs>Accessories>Wordpad
Now type anything, i.e. your name, whatever, etc.
Go to the top left and click File>Print
Did it work? If Yes, you can create letters, etc.
If you have MS Word installed, try simple routines. Good luck! :~)
