When accessing files on W98 network server my new XP
machine opens dialog boxes for ACAD Land Development
Desktop considerably slower than my W98 machines.
It takes around 40 seconds longer to open the file open
dialog box on this machine than the older ones. I know
there was a setting in NT that fixed a similar problem,
but I do not recall what it was.
