To see what programs/drivers are loading at startup go to
the Start>Run and type msconfig then enter. On the first
screen you will see a button for diagnostic startup.
Select this button and reboot. It will prompt you through
each step of the boot process, pay attention to the
program/driver that is causing the delay and then you can
work on a solution to that problem. You may need to
upgrade a driver, uninstall a driver/program or just
remove it from startup. Good Luck!!!!
