Cannot remove PROGRAM NAME in add/remove list in contol panel

I removed the progam but the name stayed in the list of
programs. Now when I try to add/remove it says;
Confirm File Deletion------Press YES
Uninstall Sheild appears breifly;
uninstall:unable to locate the install log file

'C\\ProgramFiles\3DScreensaver.com\3DAquaClock\Uni nst.isu'
..
Uninstall will not continue
[OK ]
I have run a file search and can find nothing with the
above log file. I have explored my C drive
contents,nothing there either. I have even done a system
restore to an earlier point and tried to re-remove the
program and come up with the same problem. NOW WHAT!!!

You may try reinstalling the program then uninstall it to see if it works
this way. The other chance if this doesn't work would be to use the registry
start/run type in regedit then choose edit/find then type in
3DScreensaver.com let it find it then choose edit/find next to see if there
is more of it just keep removing all entries when it finds referances to it.
Then do a find on 3DAquaClock and see if it appears in the registry if so
then remove it. You may have to spend a bit of time finding all of it in the
registry but most if not all will be removed.

If you do try the registry removal way don't look for Uninst.isu as there
is many of programs that use this name, just wanted to let you know this.

It makes it easier to remove items from the Registry. It creates a
backup in case you make a mistake. It also removes startup items
from wherever they are loaded.

The first thing you need to do is to calm down. Red wine may be helpful.
Life is too short to get upset over small things like this.

What happened is that the program uninstalled but left behind its entry in
Add/Remove Programs. This is not all that uncommon. When you try to
uninstall it again, Windows is telling you "I can't find the listing of what
I'm supposed to uninstall." Of course not; that list itself was uninstalled.

You have several options. You can follow skelator's advice and re-install
the program - reboot - then uninstall it again - reboot. That usually does
the trick. Or you can install the TweakUI power toy from Microsoft, one of
whose components makes it easy to remove these entries from Add/Remove
Programs. Or you can go rooting through the registry and remove them
manually, but I wouldn't recommend that unless you're really familiar with
working in the registry.
