LISTOOL

My system is having problems with SKUO11.cab (maybe it's missing, I can't
find it) when I load some applications. (I don't own a XP CD). LISTOOL is
supposed to repair MS Office 2003 without a CD. I run LISTOOL and get error
"0x8007006e, Contact Microsoft". I can't find this error code at Microsoft or
anywhere. Someone here recommended using Filemon from systeminternals.com and
I downloaded it but haven't really figured out its purpose, it's just
real-time system monitoring.
