o "Simple File Sharing" checkbox in SP2?

My C drive crashed and I did a clean install of XP home SP2. Now files on my J drive in my graphics folder and some My Documents files give access denied messages. I have no security tab available in properties, and in Tools, View, there is nothing about simple file sharing :( . How do I give my administrator account access to all of my files? :confused:

You cannot enable/disable simple file sharing in XP home edition. The option
is not available.
To access the security tab you boot to Safe Mode.
