Right-click on recycle bin icon at desktop. Properties>uncheck the "display
confirmation" checkbox.

Hi,
Right-click on the RecycleBin icon (on the desktop or from Windows Explorer)
and select Properties. On the Global tab, uncheck 'Display delete
confimation dialog' option to disable the prompting and click OK.
