I highlighted the text of a document I was typing and when I right clicked
to go to the box to click copy it instead pasted the last item I
copied/pasted and deleted my document. Can I get it back?

I am a new user, and cannot get the "question" window to open, so I will try
to post my question here.

I want to know if there is anyway I can restore items that have been deleted
from the Recycle Bin.
