Everytime I click an icon on my desktop my CPU usage goes
from 35% to 0 for like 5-10 sec and then picks up to 25%
opens the folder or IE. I have a 2.66 Gig P4 - so i know
its not my processor, and i have run disk defrag and and
a prog to speed up XP - does anyone know whats wrong?!
