I just saw this and recalled that Mr Nichol had responded to my enquiries at
various times.
I then checked back and found that he had added a helpful note to a recent
enquiry,
which I had missed at the time and had therefore not acknowledged.
So, thank you very much Mr Nichol, for that, and for all your help.
