disk cleanup

My disk clenup (DC) function on my windows xp locks up
and does not run properly. Is there an issue with this
or is there a download I can get to have DC run pproperly?

Search for "disk cleanup" using Outlook Express. Somebody from the
Microsoft web-based interface created a new message while they had a
message open. Some newsreaders combine them into one thread while
other break them up depending upon the settings. The message is
