What is the name of the Virus Scan program are you using
that caused the issue that you are facing? When you
deleted the program, there are some components that were
left behind, perhaps that are spyware.
THE FOLLOWING REQUIRES YOU TO HAVE COMPUTER EXPERTISE. I
AM IN NO WAY LIABLE FOR THE ACTIONS THAT YOU TAKE TO
SOLVE YOUR ISSUE.
Please follow these steps:
1. Download Ad Aware (www.lavasoftusa.com) or another
spyware deletion program, run the program.
2. Go to RegEdit (Start>Run>regedit)
3. Go to Edit>Find
4. Type (your virus scan program)
5. When the utillity find the matched entry(s), delete
those entry(s).
(your virus scan program) = The name of the program
that you use to detect viruses.
I hope this helps.
Please post back and tell whether or not this solves your
problem.
Thank you.
