USB 1.1 not 2.0 error message

I do not have USB 2.0 and have been told is software with
xp the mother board is soyo dragon ultra. if that makes
any difference. could use some advice.

your motherboard must support usb 2.0 and you must install usb 2.0 drivers.

if you have old hardware that is 1.1 then it will still work on usb 2.0.

if your motherboard doesn't support usb 2.0 then don't buy any usb 2
devices.

Check your Motherboard Manual. You may be using the USB2.0 port.
