This "problem" does not result in loss of any functionality, but I'm curious
just the same.
I'm using MSN Messenger instead of Windows Messsenger because I like the
emoticons.
MSN Messenger loads at startup just fine. However, when I open the Email
window, it tries to login to my Passport account (I guess) and, after about
10 seconds, tells me that login was unsucessful. Is that normal?
I have another problem that may be related. Hotmail is my default Email
program. If I left-click on an email address at an Internet site, the OS
tries to log me into Hotmail... but login always fails. I end up having to
'cut-and-paste' the email address into the 'Send To' entry of a new message
window.
Thanks for any wisdom.
