Windows XP is now Windoze XP after online update.

I recently did an online update and now my computer is
acting very slow and sluggish. My Pentium4 2.4Ghz
sometimes takes up to 5-10 seconds to respond to
programs. This is a fairly new computer and I am use to
super fast performance.

I was starting to believe that online updates was a good
and trustworthy thing. NOT! Maybe they should get the
bugs out of XP before they even think about a new OS like
Long Horn.

If you visit the "microsoft.public.windowsupdate" newsgroup you will find
many posts where the problem is mentioned and just as many answers that will
solve the problem.
