Thank you for the info on getting rid of the update, now I
will have to see if it acutally works. I am glad to see
that I am not the only one having this problem, but it is
unfortunate for all of us to be having it. When I came
back on line, things moved a little faster. I did not know
that there was this type of support for these programs,
