Hi,

If your system runs fine after the download and installed,
just forget it.

AV software can definitely do unpredictabe things.
I once had a Win2k box that had NTI cdmaker burning software
and CA's innoculateIT AV software.

Almost all of my burns would get a buffer underrun.
Opening the task manager showed that NTI was using 98% CPU.

Eventully, I disabled the AV softare and the NTI Cdmaker
started to work properly. 15% cpu and no more bufer underruns.

Now why would AV software interfere with burning software?
Seems odd ?
